Migraine Headache

We don’t think there are ever painless migraines. The pain
symptom usually starts as a dull ache and then graduates into a
throbbing and pounding pain. In some cases, the pain is aggravated
by physical activity. Pain can range from mild, moderate to severe.
The location of pain varies: in children and adolescents, the pain is
usually felt in the front and sides of the head; in adults, it is only on
one side of the head
